Focus and Actions Fueling Record Profits and Profit Share

Just five months after launching the Career Growth Initiative (CGI), an ambitious companywide initiative to help associates offset seasonal declines and build momentum for the new year, Keller Williams Realty reported monthly profits that shattered the company’s all-time records for November.
Profits for local franchise owners were up 55 percent year over year. Moreover, because Keller Williams is a profit-sharing company, profit share distributions to associates also set an all-time monthly record – up 63 percent over November 2015 to more than $10 million.

Keller Williams Home to Real Estate Industry’s Most Productive Agent Teams
America’s Top Real Estate Agents
Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has more agent teams ranked by closed transactions and sales volume than any other franchise in the 2016 REAL Trends’ “The Thousand,” an annual list of North America’s most successful real estate professionals. Overall, Keller Williams has 118 agent teams on the list of top producers.

REAL Trends Named KW Arlington the No. 1 Top Five-Year Mover
Keller Williams Market Centers Encompassed 60 percent of the total 50 firms recognized.
KW Arlington Market Center ranked No. 1 in the 2016 REAL Trends 500’s analysis of the Top 50 Five-Year Movers ranked by the largest percentage increase in transactions. The Arlington, Texas-based market center was recognized for achieving a record 1061 percent increase in transaction sides, growing from 638 in 2011 to 7,409 in 2015.
